Issue was not resolved and no time in site The site will not show all the reports it has listed and its flaw in the system, It would have been interesting to see and I also dont like it that when you pull up common ancestors the notes icon is missing I not stuff after I looked at it and i have to go back thru them over and over since i can be related to someone 5 ways and already looked at the tree for someone else... this happens more than you would think. Like all of them.

We did this company instead of Ancestry because we read a review that said they were marginally better. All the result said was that my husband was 91% Irish/Scottish/Welsh with no breakdown. Rubbish - we are trying to get our money back.

Very friendly and helpful with assisting me with resolving my billing issue .

I made what I thought was a simple request -- to delete a very large family tree which I wanted to separate into individual trees. The people I spoke with here helpful, but it ultimately took several days and two calls to finally get it accomplished.

I was confused by what information I was able to access after making a payment to My Heritage. On contacting the help Centre of My Heritage, I received very professional help, enabling me to use the site. I was very satisfied with the service I got.

I called to question the relationship between My World Vital Records and Heritage. I know that The former was purchased by My heritage and I thought that I was getting double billed. Gina P. was most helpful and researched the problem and thoroughly explained the separate features of my subscriptions. She was quite knowledgeable and worked hard to answer my questions. She went further and explained features that I was not aware of with the end result that I now know more about the application than I did before. She was determined to make sure that I fully appreciated all the features and benefits of my subscription and where to look if i had any further questions.This lady was superior in her knowledge of the product and kept thanking me for being a loyal customer. Don't let her go! She is an asset to your organization. Wish more support people were like her,

I have subscribed to the complete version and unfortunately the number of people in my tree is roughly the same as before, meaning that all their searches and record matches are not taken into account in my tree. Moreover i thought that there was a hotline for technical support but you have to send them an email. They call back but after one day

When I requested print of my family tree it should have given me the option of how to print.(format) It should have printed in LANDSCAPE. As a result it printed and cut off the bottom of my tree.

I was excited to see my results, but I am mystified because I have many German ancestors on both sides of my family tree; as well as strong Scottish and at least one American Indian ancestor, but my results were 81% English with 7.8% Irish, Scottish, and Welsh (can't even pinpoint that?) and 10% Iberian and Scandinavian. My mother had 46% North and West European (again, nothing pinpointed), so apparently I got none of that, although we have 50% shared DNA. Something is not computing. It feels like a scam.

I was very happy to be given a refund for a year's subscription which I inadvertently agreed to. MyHeritage answered my email. They were very understanding and I fully appreciate their prompt attention.


The staff service over the phone was excellent and very satisfying I get all the answer I needed to, plus help and support from the stuff
